By accessing and using the DevForge website (devforge.rs) and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Services
DevForge provides custom software development, business process automation, web application development, and related consulting services. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project are defined in individual project agreements between DevForge and the client.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of DevForge and is protected by intellectual property laws. Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom code developed specifically for their project, unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.
Limitation of Liability
DevForge provides its website and information on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of website content. DevForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
Project Agreements
Individual project terms, including payment schedules, milestones, and deliverables, are governed by separate project agreements. These Terms of Service apply in addition to any project-specific agreements.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Serbia.
